Mr. Sutton is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of 61C, a leading global energy merchant. Prior to 61C, Mr. Sutton held various senior roles at Noble Americas where he built their North American natural gas and power platform and later became head of the group before forming 61C. Mr. Sutton also previously held various senior roles in North American natural gas trading at RBS Sempra Commodities and Royal Dutch Shell.
Mr. Bailey is the Chief Financial Officer of 61C, responsible for all finance functions, risk, operations, and technology. Mr. Bailey joined 61C in 2020 from Castleton Commodities International where he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Asset portfolio, and before that, Corporate Controller. Prior to that, Mr. Bailey served in various Controller roles, including at Noble Americas. Mr. Bailey started his career at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Branscombe is the Chief Operating Officer of 61C, responsible for middle office, operations and IT. With over two decades of work in the energy industry, Nate has extensive experience in team leadership, business process improvement initiatives, and technology driven transformation efforts within commercial, operations, accounting, and finance functions. Experience includes Castleton Commodities International, Credit Suisse, and PwC.
Mr. DeStefano is the President of 61C, responsible for leading the energy merchant, asset optimization, and asset investing platform. Mr. DeStefano joined 61C in 2019 and has held various senior roles at the company including Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Business Development and Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining 61C, Mr. DeStefano was Head of Natural Gas Trading at Citadel LLC. He was also previously the Head of North American Gas and Power at Noble Americas, and prior to that held various senior roles in North American natural gas trading at Freepoint Commodities, RBS Sempra, and Sempra Energy Trading.
Ms. Ferreira is Chief of Staff at 61C. Ms. Ferreira joined 61C in 2025 from Castleton Commodities International LLC where she served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and the Head of Investor Relations. She joined CCI in 2011 and held various other roles at the company, including Global Treasurer and Global Head of Credit. Prior to CCI, Ms. Ferreira was a senior banker on Societe Generale’s commodities finance team, covering a global portfolio of commodities clients. Previously, Ms. Ferreira was a Vice President with UniCredit, responsible for financial institutions in North America and Latin America. She began her career in the Emerging Markets Group of Chemical Bank, a predecessor to JPMorgan Chase, and completed the bank’s credit training program.
Mr. Hamilton is the Head of Business Development of 61C and is responsible for overseeing the company’s business development activities across natural gas, power, LNG and related infrastructure. Mr. Hamilton has held various senior level positions at 61C since joining in 2021. Prior to 61C, Mr. Hamilton served as the VP of Business Development at Vega Energy Partners, a Houston-based energy merchant that was acquired by 61C in 2021. Mr. Hamilton initially joined Vega in 2008 and spent more than 10 years in business development. Mr. Hamilton began his career at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Krieg is the Head of Trading at 61C where he oversees the Natural Gas, LNG and Power merchant trading teams. Mr. Krieg has more than 25 years of experience in natural gas and storage optimization, understanding the complexities of North American natural gas infrastructure. Prior to 61C, Mr. Krieg served as a Portfolio Manager at Vega Energy Partners, a Houston-based energy merchant that was subsequently acquired by 61C in 2021. Mr. Krieg previously held various roles at BP and Entergy-Koch and started his career at El Paso Corporation. Mr. Krieg has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Limone is the Chief Legal Officer of 61C, responsible for overseeing all Legal and Compliance matters of the company, as well as managing 61C’s Business Development initiative responsible for origination, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth initiatives across natural gas, power, LNG, and related infrastructure. Mr. Limone has held various senior roles at 61C including as Head of Business Development, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary before assuming his current position. Previously, Mr. Limone spent more than a decade at Noble Group, culminating as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Noble Americas. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Credit Suisse, XL Capital, Allegheny Energy, Merchant Energy Group of the Americas, and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Mehra is the Chief Risk Officer of 61C, responsible for market risk and credit. Mr. Mehra joined 61C in 2022 from BP where he served as Regional Finance Lead and Power Market Risk Lead. Prior to that, Mr. Mehra served in various risk and structuring roles throughout his career.
Ms. Rosati is the Chief Administrative Officer of 61C, responsible for Human Resources, Payroll and Facilities. Ms. Rosati has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Prior to 61C, Ms. Rosati was the Global Head of Human Resources for Hartree Partners LP. Additional experience includes Noble Group and independent consulting across the financial services industry.
Mr. Smith is the Head of Assets at 61C responsible for overseeing the performance, optimization, and long-term value creation of 61C’s asset portfolio. Previously, Mr. Smith was Co-Head of Trading at 61C. Mr. Smith has more than 25 years of experience in natural gas and power trading, including as Head of US Gas and Power Trading at Deutsche Bank, as well as JPMorgan, and as Principal of his own investment firm, FSM Capital LP. Mr. Smith also previously served as a Portfolio Manager at Caxton Associates. He began his career at a natural gas marketing subsidiary of Samson Resources, later El Paso Corporation, and became Head Natural Gas Trader.
Ms. Smith is the Head of Origination at 61C and is responsible for creating and executing physical and financial transactions that support and expand the footprint of the commodity desks. Ms. Smith joined 61C in 2023 from TC Energy Marketing where she served as Manager of Origination. Prior to that, Ms. Smith served in various gas trading, optimization, and origination roles at V3 Commodities, Constellation, and Enron. Ms. Smith started her career at The Brooklyn Union Gas Company.
